Site Visit to the Mir Ali 1,000 m³ Reservoir Project

In line with the review of the implementation status and the completion of project-related documentation for the Mir Ali 1,000 m³ Reservoir Project, a field visit was conducted to the reservoir chamber. This visit was carried out to assess the existing conditions, review the executed technical works, and prepare the relevant meeting minutes. During the visit, the reservoir chamber was evaluated from both technical and implementation perspectives, and the necessary items for inclusion in the project meeting minutes were reviewed.

Site Visit to the Consulting Services Project for the Construction and Completion of Imam Reza (PBUH) Complex in Nehbandan

In order to follow up on the progress of the civil works and conduct a field assessment of the project’s implementation status, a site visit was carried out for the “Supervision of the Construction and Completion of Imam Reza (PBUH) Complex in Nehbandan” project, with the participation of representatives and technical experts from Abniran Consulting Engineers Company.The visit was conducted to review the latest executive status of the project, monitor the implementation of works across different sections, evaluate the quality of execution, and verify the conformity of civil activities with the approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.During the site visit, technical matters related to the construction and completion process of the complex were reviewed, and the necessary comments and instructions regarding correction, completion, and improvement of the implementation process were communicated to the relevant parties.

Site Visit to the Hajjiabad and Shokrab Protective Flood Embankment Construction Project

In line with efforts to enhance safety, reduce flood-related risks, and protect the lands and the National Housing Movement site, a field visit was conducted to the study and construction project of the Hajjiabad and Shokrab protective flood embankment.

Visit to the Mashhad Innovation Factory and the Urban Observatory

In line with efforts to strengthen neighborly relations and foster bilateral cooperation, the Iran-Afghanistan Joint Trade and Investment Opportunities Expo was held with the aim of building a bridge between the economic sectors of both countries. This significant event provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences, showcasing investment potentials, and discovering innovative solutions across various economic fields. Successful Convening of the Fourth International Lut Desert Tourism Conference, with a Focus on Investment

The Fourth International Conference on Lut Desert Tourism with a Focus on Investment was held on November 12–13, 2025, hosted by the University of Birjand with the active participation and effective role of Abnirān Consulting Engineers Company, in Birjand city and Nehbandan County. This scientific and specialized event brought together a number of national and provincial officials, university professors, researchers, tourism professionals, and domestic and international investors. Supported by CIVILICA, the conference provided an opportunity to introduce the unique capacities of the Lut Desert, recognized as Iran’s first natural site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The event focused on examining strategies for attracting investment, developing tourism infrastructure, strengthening ecotourism, and promoting the sustainable utilization of the natural and economic potentials of eastern Iran. During the opening ceremony, Dr. Ahmad Khamsan, Acting President of the University of Birjand, emphasized the importance of collaboration among universities, executive organizations, and the private sector—including Abnirān Consulting Engineers Company. He described the conference as an effective step toward the scientific and tourism development of the province. Successful Organization of the 24th Iranian Hydraulic Conference and the National Qanats Symposium

The 24th Iranian Hydraulic Conference and the National Qanats Symposium, centered on the theme “Hydraulics of Sustainable Groundwater Flow with Emphasis on Qanats”, were held on October 28–29, 2025, hosted by the University of Birjand. This national event was organized in collaboration with the Iranian Hydraulic Association, Abniran Consulting Engineers, the Iranian Basij Organization for Construction, and a number of scientific, executive, and governmental institutions active in the field of water resources. The primary objectives of the conference included the exchange of scientific findings, presentation of cutting-edge research achievements, examination of prevailing challenges in the fields of hydraulics and sustainable groundwater management, and an emphasis on the preservation and revitalization of traditional water structures, particularly qanats. The event brought together a distinguished group of university professors, researchers, senior managers, and technical experts from across the country who participated in scientific sessions, specialized workshops, and paper presentations, addressing the latest scientific and operational approaches within the field. Joint Meeting with the Director General of the South Khorasan Standards Organization on Building Energy Optimization

In line with improving quality standards and reducing energy consumption in the construction sector, an official meeting was held with the esteemed Director General of the South Khorasan Standards Organization. The session aimed to explore various aspects of cooperation and to exchange views on strategies for optimizing energy use in buildings. During the meeting, existing programs and capacities in the field of standardization were reviewed. Key topics discussed included enhancing energy efficiency in public and private buildings, developing joint guidelines to ensure compliance with standards, and training specialized personnel in the field of energy optimization. Participants emphasized the importance of constructive interaction between government agencies, the private sector, and standards organizations. Official Meeting Held with the Secretary of Avaye Zamin-e Paydar Environmental Association of South Khorasan

In line with leveraging the potential of civil society organizations toward sustainable development and environmental protection, an official meeting was held with Ms. Rahimabadi, the respected Secretary of the Avaye Zamin-e Paydar Association of South Khorasan. The session aimed to explore avenues for mutual cooperation and to exchange views on regional environmental issues. During the meeting, the approaches and objectives of the Avaye Zamin-e Paydar Association were introduced, and key topics such as enhancing public participation in environmental matters, implementing joint educational initiatives, and effectively utilizing the expertise and voluntary capacities of the association’s members were discussed. The course aimed to enhance specialized knowledge and empower managers and experts to leverage new technologies for improving organizational processes. In line with strengthening the province’s development pathways and recognizing the potential of the mining sector, a meeting was held with the participation of officials, experts, and stakeholders in this field. This session, conducted with an analytical and strategic approach, aimed to examine the diverse aspects of mining development and clarify opportunities for enhanced collaboration and synergy among the related sectors. During the meeting, topics such as the role of mines in economic growth, areas of cooperation among relevant organizations, the necessity of leveraging scientific and technical expertise, and creating an appropriate framework to improve productivity in this sector were discussed. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of an integrated approach to sustainable development in mining and the need for formulating strategic plans. At the conclusion of the session, continuing dialogues, collaborative thinking, and the formation of specialized working groups were emphasized to follow up on the discussed topics and ensure coordinated efforts and joint actions.
