The project for the real estate consulting audit services in the city of Qohestan aims to comprehensively examine and evaluate the information related to properties and real estate in this city. This study includes the collection, analysis, and updating of data concerning the status of properties, boundaries and areas, land uses, and legal ownerships. In the auditing process, existing information is refined using modern mapping methods, field surveys, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to achieve a comprehensive and standardized database. The main objective of this project is to create transparency in property-related information and enhance the accuracy of recording and monitoring their status. This can lead to improved urban management processes, more precise decision-making regarding urban development, and facilitate the issuance of property documents. Additionally, the real estate audit in the city of Qahestan can help reduce legal disputes and resolve issues related to ownership and land use, providing a suitable infrastructure for implementing urban development plans and future planning.
