The project on environmental impact assessment of proposed sites for landfill construction aims to evaluate and mitigate the potential environmental effects of proposed landfill locations in the region. This study will assess the current state of landfill sites and waste management practices in the area, identifying the challenges and environmental risks associated with site selection. Various factors such as soil conditions, groundwater levels, proximity to residential areas, and biodiversity will be considered to assess the potential impacts on ecosystems and human health. The study will also examine the social, economic, and long-term environmental consequences of establishing landfills, and offer practical solutions for selecting sites that minimize environmental harm. The ultimate goal of this project is to provide recommendations for site locations that are environmentally safe, ensuring a balance between effective waste disposal and the preservation of ecological integrity.
