Land mapping

The specialty of land mapping includes the collection, processing, and analysis of spatial data from the earth's surface to produce accurate geographic maps and models. Using advanced equipment and technologies such as GPS, theodolite, total station and drones, this field measures the coordinates and height of points and provides accurate geographical and topographic information of the land. Key activities in this specialty include land surveys, preparation of topographic maps, registration and delimitation of properties, determination of infrastructure routes, and mapping of civil and construction projects. Land mapping plays an important role in civil engineering, natural resource management, urban planning and national infrastructure, and by using digital tools and mapping software, it increases the accuracy and efficiency of these processes.

Mapping and preparation of GIS platform of green space of Sirjan city

The project for mapping and creating a GIS platform for the green spaces of Sirjan city was aimed at establishing a comprehensive and precise database for the management and maintenance of urban green areas. In this project, all green spaces, including parks, gardens, boulevards, and squares, were accurately mapped, and information such as geographic location, plant types, area, and water requirements for each region was collected. The use of Geographic Information System (GIS) in this project facilitates better management and optimization of water resources and the maintenance of green spaces. The GIS platform serves as a powerful tool that helps the Sirjan municipality analyze up-to-date data and implement irrigation, maintenance, and green space development plans accurately and efficiently. This system allows for spatial and temporal data analysis, leading to reduced operational costs, improved resource efficiency, and enhanced quality of urban green spaces. The execution of this project has provided the necessary infrastructure for smart management of Sirjan's green spaces.

Resolving land conflicts in Gonabad city with an area of 9764 hectares

Gonabad city's land interference removal project is carried out with the aim of improving and clarifying the ownership and use of agricultural lands and natural resources with an area of 9764 hectares. Land conflicts mean legal and spatial disputes between agricultural lands and natural resources, which lead to legal problems and lack of transparency in the management and exploitation of these lands. In this project, using accurate mapping data and modern technologies such as GPS and GIS, the real boundaries of properties and lands are determined in order to prevent disputes and illegal encroachments while accurately determining boundaries and ownership. The purpose of implementing this project is to create transparency in land ownership, prevent unauthorized occupations, and facilitate the issuance of ownership documents. This action will also increase the legal security of the owners, improve agricultural productivity and facilitate the development planning of Gonabad city. Reviewing and determining the exact boundaries of lands in compliance with legal principles and in coordination with relevant institutions helps to reduce tensions and social disputes related to lands and improve the management of natural resources.

Fixing the interference of Gonabad city (34 plates)

The Gonabad land conflict resolution project, which includes 34 registration plates, is implemented in order to resolve disputes related to ownership and determine the legal boundaries of land in this area. In this project, by carefully checking and updating cadastral information, including registration maps and ownership documents, problems and disputes related to property and land boundaries will be resolved. Advanced technologies such as satellite positioning systems (GPS) and geographic information system (GIS) are used to accurately determine the boundaries of license plates and correct existing interferences. The main goal of this project is to reduce legal problems and disputes caused by border conflicts between different lands. Eliminating the interference of these 34 license plates will lead to legal security for the owners, improve the accuracy of cadastral information, and facilitate the issuance of ownership documents. Also, this project will help to improve land management processes, sustainable agricultural development, and increase public trust in executive institutions in Gonabad city.
